I love the staff, but we had no idea that our car would need to be picked up in the downtown area. When you are unfamiliar with a city it would have been helpful to be advised it wasn’t in the airport pick. They did not provide any shuttle service to this location and outside of their control the taxi service would not pick us up at the location at the time we needed pickup. Luckily Uber was close, but this was a terrible disservice to the customer. The car was nice but not what we asked for either. We ended up spending double on gas than we originally thought we would. Not the greatest experience we have had.

We waited 90 minutes for a car. 90 minutes. The type we reserved wasn’t available so we were given a gas guzzler. We drove back to the airport the next day and got a different car - a beat-up Elantra with 47,000 miles on it. We were told it was “ready to go.” It was a blatant lie - it was filthy and spent the next hour cleaning the windows and vacuuming. Really lousy experience.

Waited for shuttle van, which passed us three times. Eventually had to take a taxi to hotel. Enterprise said they would contact us and deliver a car. Never heard from them again. Last time for Enterprise…..

I’ve had many different experiences with enterprise locations over the years. This location crew for both the pickup at Enterprise and drop off at Alamo was very efficient, fast, friendly, and professional. Kudos to them and makes me want to rent with Enterprise again! Great job, thanks!
