This was not an onsite pickup at DFW. I had to take two shuttles to get there. The car was not cleaned well. They added a bunch of charges once I got there so it was not a cheap rental. One of the tires had a slow leak that I had to fill daily. The only easy thing was the return. I will Never rent from this company again.

I rented with this company because I needed a car for 1 week and the rated SEEMED cheaper than the national known agencies. But after the added on daily toll cost, it was more than your competitors and the procedure of waiting for your shuttle to take me to the car pickup destination 10 minutes away was inconvenient. Also, unlike your competitors, when I returned the car 1 day early, they would not give me any credit. Your competitors do. And the car was dirty upon pickup. It was not a good experience. I will not use this company again.

The pick van pick up was inconvenient in that the front desk stated the van was white when it was actually grey and not clearly marked. So we missed the pick up and waited 45 mins for the next one. The office was much farther way than expected and not near the airport. The office was smoke filled and unpleasant. The person was nice but uninformed. She seemed to want to push additional fees on me. The office did not open until 8:00A and with an 8:30A flight, the drop off did noto accomodate for early flights. Just a poor overall experience. The next time, I will rent directly from the car company.
