The car smelled extremely bad like smoke and was not clean. There was barely any trunk and it was not a large enough suv like expected.

The last few years renting a car has been unpleasant. Manchester Dollar rental was a refreshing experience- probably driven by its small scale. Staff was friendly, car immediately available, much nicer and bigger model than we booked online. We’ll be back, thanks.

Cons:The car for a flat tire while I was driving and dollar refused to reimburse me. I had to pay for a tow truck and tire replacement (and spend time) dealing with this because the car had a bad tire. Horrible customer service.
