I am paying a lot of money for a car rental and paying in advance yet when I showed up at the car rental location they don’t have a car ready for me or countless other travelers. On average everyone was waiting 2-3 hours for their car to be ready. It is unacceptable that the customer has to pay in advance to guarantee a car but the car rental company has no responsibility to have the car ready for you.

Stood in a long line just to be put on a list to get a car. This company takes your reservation but that reservation doesn’t reserve a car for the customer. After 2 hours of waiting and about twenty people also waiting, we flew back home. Our plans were ruined.
