The vehicle was displaying a “need oil change” warning light plus a “key battery needs replacement” warning sign. When I told the staff, they told me it had been reported to Ford n not to worry! As I was going to a funeral an hour north of Canberra, I was short on time so took the vehicle. On my return I once again reported the warning lights n got the same reply as the morning! Doesn’t envoke much confidence in servicing of the Eurocar servicing.

I like the price of the hire car and how easy it was to collect and deliver.
The car was clean but there were no mats in the car and the windshield inside was very dirty. It was hard to see at night time or raining.

Really easy process from pick up to drop off. Only thing that was a bit of a surprise and that may be in the details was the excess amount in case of an accident. The excess was >$5,000. Quite a shock, but we had no issues and so did not have any concerns.

We chose to pick up and drop off the vehicle at Canberra airport. This was not done. We had the inconvenience of getting to and from Mitchell to pick up/drop off the car. None of the cars operating procedures were explained to us by Hertz staff. The car itself was good and economical to drive, but were not particularly impressed with the Hertz’s staff.
