The car was great. It would have been nice to get a little tutorial on the use of the car. It took me two hours of our three hour drive, to figure out the cruise control. Also, we never did figure out the navigation system - we ended up just using our phones. And, when I went to fill up with gas, we had a hard time finding the release for the gas filler door - it turns out it was a little button under the steering wheel. Another option would be a sheet that would explain those things, and maybe some others, that vary with different cars.

Our car's oil light came on while on the highway. We checked and it was very low. We called the service center and they said a technician would call in 20 minutes. NO ONE ever called. When we returned the car we were told we would get a free day refund. NONE of this happened.
Are used kayak for two rentals, and both ended up being with Avis. My first experience I was not very good… The rates were different, check-in was difficult, return resulted in charges that had nothing to do with the rental of the vehicle. The second rental went perfectly. The attendant who checked me in on a return was very professional and courteous, unlike the first experience. I guess It is a question of who you get on the staff, because my first experience was really unprofessional.
