The car was ready when I arrived. It was clean and in an excellent condition. The process was smooth and easy. Thank you!
Rental cars very expensive. Pickup clerk was not very friendly. Car smelled of marijuana.
Better customer services
I was quoted 140.00 and I now have a 340.00 charge and it was turned in with good condition and gas and should not have been charged 200.00 more!!! The gentleman that checked me in was nice but I had to wait over an hour in line!!!
Really disorganised and slow service. Waited an hour and a half to pick up the car. Did not receive a document showing where marks were on car. On drop or no one looked at the car either.
