Clean, efficient, and personable! Alamo, National, and Enterprise are all in the same building. I rented from Alamo and no one was at the counter. A very helpful man, Dawit, from another counter immediately assisted me and was so nice. All the staff I encountered were personable, helpful, and professional. The car and facilities were extremely clean. Masks and social distancing were observed. My SUV ran well and had no problems. TY to all who helped me!
Everything was seamless and the car was great!
I reserved a truck but was only given one option at pickup that was not what I expected. Otherwise very quick and easy pickup / drop off, friendly employees, etc
