Alamo's insurance is very pricy and strangely structured. For example, if you get their comprehensive insurance, it doesn't also include liability - you have to purchase that extra. If their insurance was simpler and more affordable, I would have purchased it.
Told me I’d get a VW Jetta, got a Kia soul instead. Also found previous renters trash in center console.
