Van was dirty and the inside smelled like the van had hauled a bunch of livestock. Very disappointed and embarrassed to carry my family from out of town. Never again
There wasn’t a person at the Payless pick up window. There wasn’t a sign saying go to Avis. I stood there wondering if someone was going to come to the counter, if I needed to call someone or what. Eventually someone at a different counter told me to go to Avis. Everything was excellent after that. The customer service was amazing to pick up and drop off process was very easy and simple.

I reserved an SUV and when I got there they tried to give me a van I insisted on the SUV and within 3 minutes they went and got an SUV. They (counter employee) charged my credit card $250 as a deposit, I returned the car yesterday and haven’t seen my credit for $250
asked to drive it to Houston and leave it there and they wanted to charge a $2300 drop fee!
