I was not able to change the reservation. My travel plans changed but my companions plans did not. Alamo would not allow my companion to complete her travel with the car and she was stuck at the airport. How hard would it be to change the reservation ?

Pick up and drop off were very quick and everyone was very pleasant despite the late hour of 1:00 AM

The price was good. The quality of the battery was poor (first car I got offered), the brakes were dangerous (car I received after turning the first car in the first day), the performance was mediocre (the third car I got after turning the second car in the second day). But, considering the price and the customer service Ingot I am most content.
