Spend the extra money and rent from a more reputable company. I had a kind and knowledgeable agent for check-in, but the lady across the desk who was helping other customers was extremely rude and has no business in customer service. Super unprofessional. My car was a little dirty and wasn’t the smoothest to drive… Also a hassle having to take two shuttles from the airport.

Really bad, when we reached there by ubar, there was no car for us, staff was so bad, my wife asked to cancel the reservation, and left, I think they just using Kayak name to get the business, very bad experience

It's always the case with this location that there is only one person working with customers, maybe two? There are other employees running around, but they're not helping customers. So it always takes us about 30+ min to even start the process of picking up the vehicle for which we have a reservation. It would be nice if pick-up could just be automated... there's no reason we shouldn't be able to do everything we need at a kiosk.
