Pros:Staff was amazing! Drop off was too easy. Ended up paying more then I expected, but wasn't that bad of a price. Would rent again!

When they saw how large our group was they upgraded the car for free. Drop off and pick up was very easy and the shuttle to and from the airport was very fast, very convenient. I would definitely use ACE again.

Great car -easy drop off- debit/credit cards won’t work when you rent because they don’t ask for a pin and your debit/credit card will block you. I had no other card with me. Thankfully the supervisor let my dad use his credit card.

Unable to find info on local rentals. Everything pointed to MSP airport so paid to park there. Could’ve parked on-site. I needed to put the final charge on a debit card but check out process was so unexpected (met at vehicle & asked for keys) that I forgot and couldn’t do it when I checked in. No receipt received via email. I did get the check in email so not sure why the receipt didn’t come. I specifically looked for a 12 person vehicle as that is what I am more comfortable driving. Received 15 person van which was way too big for needs & comfort. Van was clean and comfortable overall.
