Toyota car rentals in Fiumicino

Came two hours before scheduled pickup time and were doing mandatory full coverage to take the car. Seems scammy

Expedia did not allow me to pay for insurance during the booking process and informed me to pay $26 at OK Mobility's counter, but during the pick up they asked me to pay €50 instead. So I didn't pick up the car and I only wasted 3 hours negotiating and contacting Expedia with no help and therefore it was a horrible experience for me and my family.

I actually rented at the wrong location. I reserved a car at the train station rathe then the airport. When I did get to the airport they couldn’t transfer the reservation so I had to trek to the train station and once there was greeted by Juan Pablo, who was above and beyond amazing. Got me into my car, changed the drop off/return to the airport and made sure my phone was working with CarPlay. The car I chose was nice, even if a bit lager for the roads of the small towns I visited, but it worked out well.

Easy pickup in Rome and easy drop off in Florence. Cost was very good for weekly rental

So far terrible. I picked up the vehicle at Rome Termini Station. The office gave me a piece of paper to mark any scratches on the vehicle before leaving. However, they did not update this information (I did have the employee sign the document). Upon returning the vehicle to Venice, the rental car agency was closed (though they were supposed to be open until 8pm). The next morning I receive an email that indicated an additional charge for new damage to the vehicle. This was not correct as the any damage was prior to my picking up the vehicle. I emailed Dollar/Hertz multiple times but so far they have not removed the charges. I connected to Dollar/Hertz when I got back to the United States, but they said since rental is international, they could not do anything. Now I am using my credit card to dispute the charges.

I paid in advance for the car rental for 100 days. I was arbitrarily charged an additional $1003.53 in July 24th, 2021 and again another $521.75 when I returned the car one month early on Sept.6th, 2021 with no explanation.. As of this date there has been no credit on my VISA for 30 days for the return. I wasn't notified of additional charges nor does it say so in my paperwork. I think its fraudulent to charge me additional fees for what I don't know. I filed a dispute with VISA for review.

They did not offer a similar car as booked. They did not want to give me a refund 10 minutes after I had made paymeny on the counter. You only see the car after you pay. Payment us made on the counter in a different place then you walk to the parking lot. So imagime my family and I in a foreign country without a car that you selected carefully 8 months after you booked it. I did a quick thinking and accepted a bigger car (more expensive) . I will be pursuing a refund in the USA. Be very careful as Sixt flirts with dishonesty. It is a trap.

Everything was great, and very quick with the paperwork. The workers were very helpful and greeted us with a big smile. The price was a little bit high but worth it overall

Fast service, good car

The staff member at the counter at Termini, Rita, was absolutely outstanding. We had rented an electric car in error, which presented a number of challenges— she worked through all of them with us, taking great care and a personal interest in making sure our rental experience was positive. She is an outstanding employee and single-handedly transformed our journey..
