Car was dirty when i picked it up. Instead of offering to clean it, they gave me a coupon to clean it myself? It took me 30 min to get the car washed and vacuumed. Definitely not up to standards. Terrible.

The office was closed! Sign said back I. 20 minutes but nobody ever showed up! I was forced to rent a car elsewhere and it cost me $400 more because it was a Friday and the only thing available was a huge SUV! I’m still extremely angry!

Went to drop car off at pickup location on reservation and they were closed with no drop box. They tried to make me drive across town to airport to drop it off, horrible customer service.

They didn’t have any cars! And we took a Lyft all the way there. It was 20 min from the airport and then they didn’t have a car for us and we had to pay for a Lyft all the way back to a different agency

Worse ever. Shuttle is by metro bus s out of LAX to a remote rental lot where a can will pick you up. Took an hour to get the metro bus. Arriving we were told there were no cars and we had to wait two or three hours and maybe we would get a car. We had reservations! I ended talking Lyft to a reputable car agency. Also when you get in the van there is a sign you must put up $500 deposit. That was never disclosed.

I went to both the west LA & Santa Monica locations. The manager was on site and helped me at each spot. They took great pride in the cleanliness of their cars and worked with me patiently for some special circumstances. They are a little slower than the big companies but for me the customer service is worth the trade off
