Ordered and paid for a full size car. Had to return do to expired tags.They could said sorry for inconvenience or have me a comparable car she said we don't have full size cars left. The lot was full of vehicles So they gave me a small SUV no leg room in back seat at all, my guest had to put feet on seat
They did not have the vehicle and canceled on me with short notice.

I was passed my time to return the car, so i called them in advance to let them know and a lady over the phone told me that was and no extra charge for the first hour however, when i returned it they charged me for the two hours instead of one hour as promised.

Drop off was terrible. The Thrifty counter was closed. All signs pointed us towards the counter which was closed and barricaded. Ourselves and other Thrifty customers were wondering what to do and were circling the location creating a traffic jam. Finally, we asked someone at Hertz and they said all Thrifty customers were supposed to return to the Hertz counter. A simple printout or signage could have helped us and avoid the traffic jam. Terrible customer experience.

I'm sorry but I just have to say that I, unfortunately, received & had to endure HORRIBLE Customer Service - which shocks me because I didn't expect to receive such horrible service. I've always had high expectations and great things to say about Hertz but this time around, changed it all for me.
