They charged me about $70 extra because someone marked me dropping off the vehicle at a different location 2 days early (I still had the car). Other than that, everything was good. Just waiting on my refund.
When i did the reservation, i agreed to pay $135 at the counter and when i got there i was charged $153. They said it was probably some extra taxes that was not included in the reservation but when i checked my bill, i noticed that they charged me for roadside assistance which i never asked for but the rep Nancy said it was mandatory. That was the difference between the $135 and the $155. The only thing i got extra at the counter was the charge for tolls. This should not happen. I should be paying for the price I agreed on initially.
