No one at the airport to check me out at 225a 4/7; I had to catch my flight; left the car as I picked it up at 4pm on 4/6/22 with a full tank just hours after picking it up in Ponce and received a bill for $290.58!!! This is wrong! Should be under $100!!! I need to get this resolved asap!!
I video taped the exterior of the car before I even turned it on in Ponce, to document any exterior damage. I was doing the same in San Juan, when the Budget employee jumped in and took off — before I could finish. The inside wasn’t clean. There were stains and someone had left melted caramel in the glove box. (I cleaned it, so they wouldn’t blame me for it.) The car itself performed well and was fuel efficient.
