Cons:Long wait times when seeking local information and notifying them of flight delays. Two reps gave incorrect local phone numbers and did not correctly note flight info. Finally third call worked

4 hour pick up time. Vehicle was dirty. Purchased insurance when booked and had to get more according to company as well as 38 $ in additional fees.

The line to pick up car was horribly long, then the power went out. We stood outside for the first 2 hours of our vacation waiting to get a car.

I had to wait 2 hours in line for my car. Because it was managers choice, it was a compact or a full-size suv. I chose the suv, which was a beat up Ford Explorer. I will never rent from Thrifty again. It was like I was driving an original “island car” on Oahu there were so many dings and scrapes on this vehicle. For the amount that I actually drove, I would have been better off getting an Uber.
