Good quality car. Staff very poor in English. No GPS in English in the car. Just a shame for Hertz international company! Took us 2.5 hours to get out of Taipei. Not satisfied!

Easy to get picked up in Arrivals Hall at airport, delivering us to car off site - an advantage when avoiding traffic around Taipei. Near-new car, easy to drive & park as we spent 10 days circumnavigating the island. No hidden extras, only A$10 in tolls online to Hertz agency. Highly recommended.

Reserved a M/T model but gave me an automatic. Wouldn't matter for most but since i wanter a manual i wish they had checked their reservation clearly. All other factors were excellent
Pickup location has moved, but the address was never updated online or in any emails. The TRA station staff helped me and made a phone call for me, fortunately.
