I made two bookings because the first booking didn’t email me with a booking confirmation. The first one had a drop off date of 21st and the second being 22nd April. I printed a copy of the booking confirmation I had which stated I wanted the car until 22nd and presented it to the employee that was processing my rental. She didn’t give it back so I assumed she needed it for evidence why she selected the second booking. I didn’t think anything of it, and I failed to double check the paperwork I signed. Long story short, I was billed an extra day that equaled to $110 and was given attitude via email stating “you didn’t tell us you were extending the drop off date to a day”, no proper email etiquette to customer. I’m highly dissatisfied with this part as I tried doing my part in ensuring I did the right thing and it doesn’t seem they followed the process as my confirmation email clearly stated that I needed to present them with a booking confirmation ID and they didn’t even check that. Additionally, the car was 2/3 empty in fuel. I expected a full tank.
Our flight was running late and the staff were excellent. They stayed behind ensure that we picked up our car and that we will settle for our trip. The car was an excellent condition. We have no issues with the motor car, but the staff were brilliant. Congratulations to the two men that served us well done guys

Pick up: It was hard to find the rental office. There could have been better directions to get there. We took a Grab to get to the office, rounded the airport and asked for directions a couple of times only to find out that we could have walked to the office from the arrival area. There was only one (harried) customer service person there to check people in and out and she was clearly overwhelmed! She eventually got everybody taken care of but not after a long wait. She was sweet and patient, though. We discovered after having driven the TOYOTA INNOVA for a couple of days that the front tires were balding. There was hardly any tread life in them. So we took the car to the shop to get at least one of the tires replaced with the spare, only to discover that the spare tire was also threadbare. We actually had to rent a different car to travel a farther distance because it had been raining and we were afraid we would lose traction on the road and get into an accident! So...we actually ended up paying more for transportation. That was disappointing. Dropping off: We were not informed that the car could be dropped off at a location closer to the hotel we were staying at. That would have been helpful information so we didn't have to fight Manila traffic to return the car on time. The same sweet lady was working then and she told us we could take the car back to the hotel and drop it off at the closer location but that would have meant fighting traffic again and perhaps getting lost looking for the place, so we declined. We told her we would take a Grab instead. There was another lady working during that time and she was gracious enough to book a ride for us. We appreciated that extra customer service. Overall, it was an ok experience. We would rent there again if necessary, but would be more mindful to check the condition of the car before driving it off. The car obviously needed maintenance. I have already mentioned the tires. The steering wheel also vibrated and the car pulled to the right, indicating much-needed alignment work.

Should have a rate per liter on gas if the customer returned the car with less then when it was picked up instead of just guessing. Customers Service is good, they try to please their customer. The office is a bit hot.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. Communication needs improvement. The car needed more detailed cleaning inside. There were a few bits of trash left when we picked it uo.

When you booked the car, you gave me an address in Fort Bonifacio to pick up the car. Arriving at the appointed time. The rental station was closed. The phone number provided didn't answer (and I was told by the doorman it was for Hertz, not Dollar. I tried to find another number on Google, on to see that there is no Dollar of record in Fort Bonifacio. I remembered you had another office in Makati. finding it in Google it said it was open - but that phone number also didn't work. So I just took a cab there. They were open, and I got a car. The experience initially was not good. The guy at the Makati branch was fine and helpful.
Great staff, easy transactions. 24 hr operations. Make sure you change to domestic terminal. Office is off-site. Driver has to pick you up and drop-off.
Ok here’s what you need to know: 1. The Filipino STAFF are great: warm, friendly, and helpful. They need to get outstanding credit for their work. 2. You will never find the rental car “desk” without help. Trust me. It’s impossible. Don’t bother to waste time looking. Just ask. It’s as if renting a car in the manila airport was a complete afterthought to the airport designers. 3. The rental yard. First time I’ve seen a car rental yard that looked like it was set up in someone’s backyard—complete with stray dogs and chickens. Hahahahahahaha. I swear it’s not an exaggeration. 4. The rental car “office”. It’s a portable trailer and not even marked as a europecar office. Think I’m kidding?! Lol. You’ll see. Again, the staff are SUPER great. The entire setup is just bad.

Nothing. They did not honor my reservation. I was told they had no car for me. I was forced to go to a different company through and different rental search app. Very bad experience that caused me to change vacation plans and spend more money than originally allocated.

Beware! They don't have a representative inside the Ninoy Aquino International airport. Then I tried calling from their main office. The Avis rep/agent that I was talking to over the phone kept telling me to wait for someone to pick us up. We waited for about 2 hours, and he never arrived. We ended up looking for alternatives within the airport.
