Won’t accept your insurance without a $2000 deposit for in-state renters, so you’re forced to pay for theirs. No unlimited mileage for in-state renters; capped at 150 miles per day. Decided I didn’t like their terms enough to go through with the rental, so I took a 5-minute walk to Midway and got hooked up with a great car for $30 a day with unlimited mileage.

We rented a minivan, called several times for shuttle and checking on rental. Answer was that everything was fine go on the shuttle and they would get us going. Come to find out our reservation was cancelled with no other cars available to give us.

Our flight was delayed then cancelled and rescheduled to come in after midnight but the rental agency closed at 7pm and we lost our money.

When I arrived at the Tulum Airport, there was another 600$ USD to pay for assurance and another 2500$ USD of deposit. I reserved a SUV and they gave me a little car cause the SUV was already rented and there was no more in the parking. I'm really not satisfied and it was the las time I rent a car here.
