Bait and switch. Go with ANY other car rental service. Hertz will make you believe you have a car waiting for you then not have any available when you land. Then they will be more than happy to direct you to their partner companies Dollar and Thrifty to rent you a car at 5x the original quoted price you thought you had before you left for your trip. Don't know how else to say it. Just an absolute awful experience. This will be the one that makes me never use Hertz again.

I reserved a Mustsng convertible and they only had a Bronco with a removesble top. This is not a similar vehicle. I canceled the reservation and found one at Enterprise.
