I think you should remove Green motion from your list. The have set-up their algorithms that the rental price shown is without insurance. Whilst booking the car I was charged an additional insurance on my credit card (with no invoice) and I still had to purchase insurance on site. Obviously I was expecting to pay additional insurance on a 100$ rent - but I was not prepared for the additional 350$ charge. The staff was instructed to sell me the “prepaid toll” package for 12$ a day (!) despite the fact that due to the aftermath of hurricane Ian the tolls on the west coast where suspended. I am just glad I did my homework on that part and did not fell for that as well.

Hidden fee. You have to buy their insurance for $280 unless you have a car insurance they list and then you need a declaration page from your insurer. Never mentioned any of that! We never get insurance on the car because our visa or AAA will cover it. Many, many, people at the counter were hit by the surprise of paying for that. You were stuck and they knew it! Nothing about the experience was good

When we got there, we were next in line. Then another gentleman come in, and they gave him service before us. The interior windows in our rental were filthy, couldn't see thru them. Had to stop and buy Windex and paper towels to clean windows so we could see. The windshield washer was empty, so we stopped and bought windshield washer fluid to put in it. When we took car back, our service was on point and very timely. Gave us directions at airport, so we knew where to go.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. A complete fraud. Scammers. Didn’t end up renting the car. STAY AWAY AT EVERY COST!

I've rented from green motion in another location and probably 5 times year at other major brands. The shuttle experience was better than expected. Check in was understaffed and took a while. The car seemed ok at pickup, basic and a bit beat up but that's fine. Once on the road though, we found the exhaust system was damaged and incredibly loud over 30mph/48kph. The mirror controls weren't fully functional. Radio screen indecipherable. We were already on our way and decided to live with it. We did email their customer support who said we could return it and swap which is fair but time was already short. In a pinch, I'll still rent from them.
