Paid reservation with kayak and fox! Paid double and no reimburse even after complaint! Be carefull

The shuttle wait for the shuttle was extremely long. The staff member that took my information for the reservation was rude and made me feel very rushed. I will not rent a car from them again

The car promised should have been provided. We booked a Mercedes C class or similar luxury vehicle. It was a scam. The location had no luxury cars. They only had Hyundai cars.
