Europcar bought Fox. So this was a Fox rental. This was not made clear. We had no idea it required two shuttle trips to get there.

Such a good and easy experience in Billund with Europcar. Highly recommend and a good price too.

Car broke down. Service and customer service unavailable. I had to take a cab to the airport to drop the keys off. That in its own was an odyssey. I then had to take a cab back to the hotel and again to the airport for a 6:30 flight.

Extract cost. Your car cost + difference drop off location cost($100reasonable ok)+ another $200deposit+ $144? Don’t know why charge another car cost. + after charge me $54+ don’t know what is the cost, + $6+ linktr I won’t use klook to book car again, I complain to customer service but haven’t give me feedback. Better call uber or other service. 1day trip spent more than $600 on the car, crazy. What the hell
