I made the big mistake of not taking photos and videos when I took the car on a trip and got charged 420 EUR (!) for scratches that I did not cause and that they will keep charging to every single customer.

The customer service experience was excellent. When I arrived at the counter, Jean was very helpful and kind. The pickup and drop off were smooth and easy. The vehicle was clean and good quality. And the value for the money was excellent.

The price you suggested was for American customers and did not include insurance. This was not clear, and I ended up having to pay for it, doubling the price essentially.

The car was clean, the rest was bad, they charged me for one window what was broked by some one and stoled me things , even if i had insurance and papers from the police, they ignored, now i wait for them to give me the money back for the damage....
