Friendly staff. Easy to find. Shuttle was great. I did not however appreciate the counter staff’s pushing a pre-paid toll route payment. I spent 9 days in the area and only on the last day did I utilize a toll route, and then it was only to spend a couple of the $120 that i paid up front and did not use. In addition, I was forced to purchase third party liability that I was not informed of prior to booking. Seems the “quoted price” and “actual price” are two different things. Will think twice about booking again.

We were charged more than $300 additional dollars for a late return although we returned the vehicle 4 hours EARLY. Representative agreed to correct this charge but this was a huge inconvenience to us.
