Car smelled like it might have been smoked in… had some outside repairs obviously. Not the best shape but sufficient.
Rented a car two separate times for this trip. This location was the smoothest car rental experience I've ever had. I rented from them the second time because of how good the experience was the first time. Consistently good service. Courteous staff, and quick checkout/return.
The car smelt like cigarettes and the lady at the drop off was very very rude but other than that it was a great car.
Staff was okay, service was okay, car was okay.
Definitely was a friendly staff member who helped with car. What I did not like and this is on the company was that my 23 year old son was not allowed (due to computer flagging him as underage) to be a registered driver. That is ridiculous. He has a clean license, and to be then told the minimum age to drive the rental is 25. Unfortunately if this is the rule I will not be able to rent from Hertz/Dollar again.
