the guy who checked us is was fabulous, when we brought back car a girl didn't know how to find out since we brought back car earlier than expected charged us the full price, not happy about that.
Our vehicle had been wrecked with front end damage. Went to visit relatives and was completely embarrassed by the vehicle. Will never rent through Kayak or Budget ever again.
Had to cancel because noone was there when I arrived for pick up. Completely ruined my plans. Wasted time and money.
This was the dirtiest rental car I have ever rented. The seats had stains all over the front and back seats.
Budget didn’t have anyone at the rental counter to assist me. I waited for ten minutes and no one showed up. I then went to the Alamo agent and they said that the budget person does not show up on a regular basis. So I cancelled my reservation with budget and booked with Alamo on the spot. Alamo was awesome.
