I had to return the first car because it reeked of cigarette smoke. Also I was not told of a $200 deposit, and now a day after return of the car have not received notification of return.

I rented a pickup truck. Was told the lot was packed with vehicles but no trucks , I said if that's the case maybe an upgrade, give me the best you can. I was told that would cost extra. I stated you have a lot full that aren't being rented and you won't give me any sort of deal, I was give a Chevy equinox, the cheapest suv they had, there was a completely full lot(loaded up for summer as I was told) trucks , SUV's , large sedans. And I was given a Chevy equinox
