I did not rent the car because there was only one person at the counter and ten people in line. I Ubered to my destination. You will continue to lose money to Uber if you understaff the counter.

The vehicle was fine, but there were cockroaches somewhere in the door. Kept seeing them when you'd first open the car door. The check-in/drop off and billing were straightforward.

No issues with the customer service but I drove off with a vehicle that needed attention. I had a nail in my tire which I have reason to suspect was an issue before I received the vehicle. Also, the battery was on its final leg as it died on me right before I was scheduled for my flight. I almost missed my flight! Again, staff was friendly and eager to resolve my issue. Due to the time constraints I had to resolve all issues on my own causing a high degree of stress.
