Waited for the shuttle at viscount station for 40minutes. Walking would be 20mins. Was forced to buy additional insurance for 12$ a day and paid more than the original cost of renting the car.

They didn’t accept the insurance i booked through kayak so I lost $40.

I like most the cleanliness of the car.

Terrible I did not receive the car due to unexpected reason related with my driven license. All other rental car companies offered me a car. In addition, three times I asked them if I will be charged, the answer was clear received from them: No sire , you cannot be charged. I was charged accordingly without any pre-notice. The worse services that I have ever received and I am a bossiness traveller from 16 years. Shame on them. My company will get in contact with them. I will not recommend at all this Fox company. No more comment. I am still negatively surprised of their atitude.

Hidden fees

Do NOT rent from Advantage! We had reserved a car from them. By the time we got to the airport they were closed! Then when we arrived the next day to FINALLY pick up our car they not only didn’t have a car for us they had charged us $50 because we were a “no show” when in fact they were a no show. Stay as far away from this car rental agency as you can!

It was first time rental car. It was perfect! Everything was great. Advantage has very good customer service and affordable prices. I really recommend Advantage rental services!!!

pick up time was quite long but it was a busy day and I just missed one bus so 30 mins wait for the next. Better instructions to locate the bus would help

Despicable

This company is a scam. Despite the fact that I had proof of insurance, they demanded that I show the declaration page of my policy. Of course nobody carries that around. I have been renting cars for many years and proof of insurance is all that is ever required. So they said that in order to rent a car, I would have to buy $46 worth of insurance from them. I left and rented from another company. Please issue a full refund plus an additional $50 for lost time and aggravation. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

TPA has a train from the car rental area to the terminal but Easirent is off property so you need to take a shuttle to/from the train stop. The check in was slow. Two people working for a crowded waiting area. The car needed a wash but more importantly it smelled like a mix of pee and smoke. It only had ~8k miles so it wasn’t old but it smelled. The price was right but I wouldn’t rent from them again.

Their support is non-existent. Just pay the little extra to go with a bigger brand and avoid this one.

Easirent was not at airport. It’s halfway across Austin. I abandoned the car pickup and got an UBER to our airBnB instead. When I went to pick up the car later on my second Uber I found it in an industrial park area, which wasn’t terribly concerning, but it had a couple red flags. Just not a place I would want to bring my family. Finally when I arrived the scene was utter chaos. I saw an employee walking around looking for a car clicking the key unlock to locate it while dozens of customers looked destitute and as frustrated as I was with the experience of not finding their car at the airport. As I walked inside I found a waiting area full of crying children and families waiting for cars and a line of the drivers about 8 deep with no one at the counter answering questions. It was then that the same employee from the parking lot walked back in and stepped behind the desk to continue what sounded like a frustrated conversation of a desperate customer to just take the quickest option to get a car and leave. After trying to ask the sole employee what the odds of getting my car in the next hour or two was I decided that I wasn’t prepared to do business with this company and ordered my return Uber to the airBnB and ordered a Turo car for the rest of our visit with a brilliant experience. Hugely disappointing overall. Would not recommend. Please avoid. I haven’t chased down the couple hundred of dollars that we lost on the reservation and not getting a car yet, but I’m not holding my breath.

I did not rent the car because there was only one person at the counter and ten people in line. I Ubered to my destination. You will continue to lose money to Uber if you understaff the counter.

I rent for a price and got something else

The vehicle was fine, but there were cockroaches somewhere in the door. Kept seeing them when you'd first open the car door. The check-in/drop off and billing were straightforward.

The windshield was extremely dirty and both side mirrors dirty. Nobody takes the time to explain any of the vehicle features . Remember not All vehicles are not the same. Your office at the drop off on Marco island was excellent. The Orlando airport pickup location needs to be reminded of these things.

The day before my arrival in Orlando they called and told me they cancelled my reservation because they didn’t have a vehicle available for me, left me scrambling and stressed out how I was going to get around during my stay. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Everything good.

The car smelt of stale smoke but was clean. On return, I askled if anything needed to be signed and I was told no. I was then surprised to find the paperwork with my name on it but not my signature.

The car I reserved was available and did not have any issues during the rental. Only thing that can be improved on is the call center. I had a question about picking up and what terminal to go to but I called 3 times and followed the prompts and couldn’t reach a real person.
