Rental was good my problem was the return I dropped rental van about 8 15 am before they open up and somehow I read to drop the keys in the budget lock box which I did but I left my contract in the van I called and talked to the branch manager the next day he told me that someone just dropped the keys on his desk but he told me he owed me a day credit since I dropped off van at the right time mostly the problem was my fault but I did appreciate the help from the branch manager. Thanks!

Everything went very well. It's renting a car is so expensive now. Really didn't like the versa. Nothing wrong with it just wasn't comfortable for us. Alamo was good & the staff was very nice.

The male "supervisor" at Bishop Airport in Flint, Michigan was rude, ridiculous and a horrible representative for Alamo. I had a confirmed reservation through Kayak on my cell phone but he could not find it on his computer. Therefore, I was refused a rental car! The reservation had been made well in advance. Without any assistance from him, I had to make a completely new reservation in order to get a car two days later which ruined the first two days of my vacation. Never again!!
