Pros:The crew was nice and courteous.
Cons:Delayed flight and missed connecting flight. The boarding gate was not listed and only announced on the PA system. Easy to miss because the airport was noisy. Very discombobulated and nerve wrecking. There was a lack of ongoing information in light of the flight delays. Many of us were very frustrated with the lack of information and interest by staff if our concerns.
