booked a car one way to tampa airport and checked twice to make sure Iwould have a careven tried to pay on monday 02/13 and agent at the office said no pre-pay but they would have a car for ,me on 02/14 then called me on 02/14 and said we're sorry but no car and told me to try uber! tampa airport is 80 miles from venice fla I WILL NEVER USE BUDGET AGAIN and I bet I don't hear from you either

Picking up experience was horrible. Staff unprofessional and unprepared. Did not have a car for me at my prepaid for time. Had to move all my luggage into three different cars because they kept messing it up. In the end got a dirty car because they didn’t have time to clean it and I had already been there for 40 minutes. Manager/boss seemed drunk and kid working there had no idea what he was doing. They opening made jokes about his weight in front of customers. Will never go there again.
The rental service store was very convenient. The rep was also, however, when I tried to call to extend my service the phone rang and rang. I tried several times. I drove to the store to get it renewed and they also checked the tire pressure for me as the light came on.

No complaints whatsoever. From booking the reservation to extending the term a couple days longer, all went well and simply. Highly recommended.
The location did not have a full sized as reserved, they said we were upgraded to a small suv which seemed like a downgrade. The car wasn’t cleaned. But on the bright side we were comped for gas

My only complaints were car wasn’t ready for an hour at pickup. I was supposed to pick up at noon and it wasn’t ready for an hour. I’m not sure about second concern. My account has been charged for two $392 amounts which I have to check into.

I reserved a Ford Mustang sports car and when I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have it because they were waiting for someone to return it. They gave me a Ford Explorer which had terrible gas mileage. I’m sure the Mustang had comparable gas mileage, but I don’t mind paying more for a sports car with superior handling and power instead of a gas guzzling suv.

Fast efficient, Claire who checked us in was kind and helpful answered questions, explained rental contract in detail. Car was clean did not smell. Pick up and drop off helpful no line but plenty of space to sit.
