I liked the price, the vehicle had some left over garbage and wasn't washed but that was not a big deal. When we arrived we had to stand in two separate long lines to get vehicle, but I was told to update my budget profile to potentially skip the reservation desk. However, regardless the pick up the keys desk was congested and it took nearly 1 hour between the two.

I had to cancel this reservation when I arrived at Budget b/c it was for a electric car and they didn't have one. They refunded me the rental I did with you all and gave me a gas car. It was just a lengthy process and cost me more money.

Hour and a half wait in line at pick up, received a 4 x 4 truck instead of the reserved economy car, required maintenance light was on, tires were bald, but I had no difficulties, and the vehicle was clean. Will not go with budget again.

I didn’t even pick up this vehicle because the pick up experience was impossible. Followed signs to Payless, was told to go elsewhere, went elsewhere, waited 30 minutes in line, was then told to go to different floor, went to different floor, got into larger line which wasn’t moving and our quick two day vacation was about to be spent waiting in line with two young kids arriving in middle of night and ruining the next day which was great grandmas 90th bday. Fortunately I made the decision to forget all about Payless and rent from Sixt instead, which saved probably 2-3 hours and made it so we could enjoy great grandmas bday the next day. Will never ever ever ever rent from Payless or Avis again. Absolutely horrible.

They never closed out my reservation and I got a call 3 days later asking where their car was. Also left my personal cae keys behind in the car, they still haven't gone to look for them, suggested I drive down and talk to someone at the desk....

They were not transparent on the actual cost of what the fuel costs would be if I brought the tank back less than 100% full. It said it was going to be under $4/gallon but I got charged $89 for bringing it back at more than half a tank.

The car pick up went smoothly and the car was nice. The problem was with the drop off. We dropped the car off in the designated area and left the keys on the dashboard and proceeded on with our trip. A few days later while checking my emails I looked at the receipt and found they charged us an additional $700! The car was returned on 2/12 as scheduled but they billed us through 2/16 along with an additional "late fee". We had been in Mexico for 5 days when they say the car was returned. I've exchanged numerous emails (because I was out of the country) and the issue is still not resolved. I will 100% skip Payless next trip!

The counter was closed when we got in. We had to ask the National rental folks about the car. They were very friendly and helpful. Even though I had previously entered my payment info on line so I could avoid the counter, they needed it again. The car was had only a half tank of gas. They said that I did not have to fill it up when I returned it. Overall a good experience.

Pre-filling forms to allow picking up the car without standing in line was great. The return was quick, though the agent could not find the rental agreement. What could have been better? The car had been washed just prior to picking it up, was quite wet, and as a result, I was unable to properly check for scratches and dents. Additionally, the gas tank was not full at the time of pickup - something I mentioned to the agent at the exit. No guidance was given as to whether I needed to return it at the same fuel level or return it full. I returned it full, but that meant overpaying for gas.

I found that somehow while checking to see if my Reservation was in order, somehow it duplicated my Reservation. Well, the Rep at St. Paul (Micah), pointed that out right away, and told me what I needed to do to resolve this issue. Which was great, and resolving the issue was not hard, and was handled in a very efficient manner. But then he turned around and told us that we could upgrade from a Toyota Camry to BMW 2 series for around $5.00 a day. I choose initially not to rent the BMW 2 series, because the rate was almost double. Then when we got the invoice, we saw that there was not any discount on the BMW whatsoever it was nearly double. We don't like the idea, that you will receive a copy of your invoice, in your email in 15 to 20 minutes. That way no verification. I also did email a claim, but so far nothing, except a response was they only check the canceled reservation.

Airport concession fees that weren't disclosed in the estimate increased the prepaid cost of the rental by 20%. I would have expected KAYAK to require the concessionaires to disclose those fees. Pick-up and drop-off were fine, the free upgrade on the vehicle was nice, but I would have chosen a different option if the fees had been disclosed.

What an atrocious rental car company let alone one offering services in an airport. These inept people allowed me to make a reservation, get there at 9pm and tell me the little hairline crack on the top of my license they would not rent me a car. I travel all over have airline and hotel status from the volume and have never had an issue from any other rental company, TSA or body. And your at the airport obviously you just came in what does Sixt think your going to do? Absolutely moronic - walked over and rented from the next place without issue. Never rent from this low budget joke Sixt

I chose them because it said they were in the terminal. Upon arrival I found they had closed down at terminal two and that I needed to take the tram to terminal one. After doing this I found that they closed down at 10 pm. Attempted to phone but could not get through the automated system to a live body to ask what to do. I rented with another company and then found that they charged me the entire amount and then later said that I owed a 200$ penalty for not canceling. They later dropped it after I contested the charge with my credit card.

The pickup process was very slow - I probably waited 45 minutes in line but that line was only 3-4 people deep! This was at 8 AM, so not an off-hours problem. And then when I went to find my car, there was no one at the booth who could help me. I wandered around the lot until someone from National helped me. The car I got was not what I asked for - a full size vehicle versus smaller, and I thought it would be a Toyota Corolla, but it was a Nissan. I guess there was a hidden "or similar" descriptor that I missed. The rest of my experience was good - the car did well through a snowstorm, which was huge. But the pickup experience is not what I remember from Enterprise, and frankly, that's why I picked Enterprise!

We booked a convertible months in advance to use for our wedding. They did not have the convertible. It was a big disappointment to us. However, Ruth provided excellent customer service and called us later to apologize, which was appreciated.

First car needed to be returned due to key error message. Second car picked up at different location was not clean, smelled of smoke, chip in windshield and wiper blades were falling apart. Given to me with less than half a tank of gas. No paper work given due to printers being down. Service agent at St Paul University Ave was very nice but we will see if my complain about the Smokey car ended up being relayed to the airport location. I don’t think I’ll rent from Enterprise again.

Everything was great. MSP Airport makes pick up and returns very convenient. Only recommend that Enterprise purchase U.S. made Weathertech products to keep floors and other surfaces easier to clean. Thanks for being a proud sponsor of the NHL.

Avis scheduled my drop off for Labor Day then were closed, wouldn’t let me do an after hours drop off, then told me I’d be automatically be charged the extra day and if I returned it by 11 am the following day they would refund the charge if I called them back. Like this is the opposite of customer service I don’t work for Avis and they’re telling me too bad and making demands. Absolutely terrible company. I had to postpone plans in order to hold this key an extra 16 hours and return it to them. Abysmal.
