I like the customer service from Malcolm who listened to my concerns and addressed the issue a few days later. The first car I received had a cloudy speedometer and i could only be seen from 40 km onwards. As they had ran out of cars, I was told to return it the following day at 11:30am for another, but when I showed up Malcolm was not there and I met a rude, grumpy person, who could not be bothered, told me they had no cars, and when I pointed out another to him, he told me it was not clean. I told him I would still take it as I could see the dials. I asked him to clean/ sanitize the inside (steering wheel etc) and he offered me very a dirty cloth. I asked him to clean it and he became grumpier and told me he had nothing to clean it with. I then asked him to note the defects on the car and he told me both he and Malcolm knew all the faults on all their cars. I had to go around the car and insisted that he made a note of all scratches and dents. Most of their cars are old and for what they are worth, I believe they over charge. I would only ever rent from them again if I knew I would be dealing with Malcolm.
