The company requires an excessive amount of money in order to able to take the car out of the parking lot. According to the representative there is part of the company’s “politics.” And also the hold on your credit card is extreme. I believe it was about $1,200 dollars. The amount you see advertised is not the same. They make purchase their insurance or they won’t let you take the car out.

Llegue a recoger el auto que reserve y no tenían nada, ni avisaron ni nada. Quedaron de avisarme cuando llegara pero no volví a saber de ellos. Su recomendación fue que buscará con otra compañía y eso tuve que hacer.

Budget wanted to charge us triple the amount we were quoted. Don’t believe the price you see online. Renting a car in Puebla is way more expensive than other cities in Mexico we’ve rented from. Next time we will be renting in Mexico City instead and we’ll be using discovercars.com because the price you see is actually the price you pay.

I was denied the rental because we didn’t prepay even though your website site book now and pay later after arguing me and my father left and went to another rental place where we were treated excellent! We are in the process of reporting our experience to the proper authorities here in Mexico! I advise you to remove this company from your booking site as they reflect poorly on your site.
