Desiree showed great concern for my rental experience. Made things easier asking for needed info such as proof of insurance thru texts etc to free my time at airport. She responded to my questions with quickness and helpfulness. I would recommend Routes Car and Trick rentals with 5 stars.
My flight was delayed and I had no idea that the location closed at 5pm. (It’s not at the airport, another thing that maybe kayak.com didn’t make obvious) The location even called me to verify the reservation but at no time did anyone say “your pickup time is kinda close to our closing time…” And so I ubered to the location, it was closed, and so I had to call and cancel the reservation. Uber back to the airport, rent from another agency, and begin the trip. Just a weird miscommunication, perhaps made worse through how I booked it. Normally enterprise is great, and the people I talked to were nice, but powerless to help in this strange case.

I dropped it off on Sunday at 11 AM. Their website said they were open until noon that day and when I made the reservation no one said they were closed. But when I got there, the office was closed, so I had to just drop the keys in the box. I hope I wasn't charged a late fee or for more than what I rented it for.
