Long, it very friendly check-in process. Very low-end car. No $$ value proposition at all. Kinda really disliked the whole “Payless” experience - next time, I’ll be okay to PayMore. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤨

Our flight was delayed by and hour and a half so we were late picking up our rental car. I checked the Payless website, which said it is their policy to have your car available the du or your rental during normal business hours, so I didn’t bother calling to let them know we were late. When we arrived, they said they didn’t have our car available and had to put us in a larger SUV that was going to cost $170 more. We needed the car and felt we didn’t have a choice so we paid up. I called them the next day to complain and they refunded half of the $170, but I’m still not going to use this company again. I have never, ever had a car rental company up charge me for a rental car when our original car isn’t available. I would not recommend Payless because they imply they are cheaper based on their name but will then do everything they can to squeeze extra money out of you.
