Drop off was great. car ran well. did well on gas. But picking up the car took a while. We did not know, nor were there any signs that stated Payless was the same line as Avis and Budget. we stood around waiting for someone to come to the desk. we know for next time.
Quick and easy, attendant at desk was helpful and friendly. I just wish vehicle was wiped down. door handles, steering wheel, and windshield had some filth from the previous passenger. Not crazy dirty, but in these times it wouldn’t hurt to do a quick 2 min wipe down w some Lysol wipes on general areas. Other than that I was very satisfied with service and vehicle.
Very smooth and efficient in dealing.
Pros:The staff (particularly Amina) was very friendly, and the drop off was easy and smooth.
Cons:There was a 2-hour wait to get a car. Part of the problem was that, for much of the time, there was just one person behind the counter.
The key fob was inoperative which made it difficult to lock and unlock the car without setting off the alarm. Otherwise the car performed without issues.
