Dollar could not deliver the car i paid for in advance. Moreover they did not offer a solution other than wait a call from them. i had to pick up a car which i did not intend to.

Dollar’s website showed an abundance of cars available for rent. When we arrived to pick up our car, that was not the case. Thankfully their manager Lawrence was handling the abundance of customers in the same position with professionalism, courtesy, and patience. As cars were returned, he notified us that a car was available and we were very pleased with the rental.

We were allowed to reserve a car when this location did not even have vehicles available for us which stranded us in New York City. We actually tried to call numerous times and could never speak to anyone. Overall, a very poor experience.

Nothing to like. I received a dirty in operable vehicle. I had three rentals due to the neglect of dollar between Thursdays pickup and Saturdays drop off. I dropped the vehicle off early due to disappointment and unsatisfactory.

Newyork recommended and gave me an electronic EZPass , that did not work in Ohio,India polis,Illinois. As a result a paid over $45 in tolls. That's in addition to what I paid for sn unlimited EZ pass. When asked from the Milwauki staff on return, they were absolutely rude and helpful. Asked us to sort it out with Newyork Staff. Really poor support and tactics.

They changed the vehicle pick-up location without prior notice. I had to walk more than 15 minutes to arrive the changed pick-up place. When I arrived, I had to wait for over one and half hour to rent a car. I was told that all the midsize SUVs I booked were out of stock. There was no other way than renting a Kia Soul, which is like a small car, at the same cost or waiting indefinitely until another car was secured. I ended up renting a downgraded car (Kia Soul) for the same cost. Even they did not offer discounts or other services. This is the worst rental experience I've had. I will never use Budget anymore.

I was 4 minutes late to my drop off location in Boston and the guy was very upset and rather asked me why I was late, etc. I was taken aback as this was my first trip to Boston. He asked me to leave the car and go in a rude manner. I was very disappointed.

Pickup location was under staffed so I had to wait in line for 45 minutes in a very hot filthy garage They would not let customers wait in the rental office. The person who waited on me made comments about my appearance. I will not be renting from this company again.

The drop off location was closed and when I called Hertz number to find out what to do the phone number said they were experiencing technical difficulties! I got stuck with the car overnight since I didn’t know what to do with it!

The employee charged my card +$1700 dollars for a car that was $105 for just 6 hours of use. I offer to use a different card but he refused to accepted because it was a Puerto Rico card even when it has the Visa logo and chip. My card got blocked and I had to call my bank and solve this. On the second attempt to get the car the amount was again over 1,700 and I asked to employee to check for any involuntary errors and he snapped back at me indicating he does not make mistakes. I was 30 minutes late to my event due to this.
