This is my third time in North Macedonia that I am renting with Hertz. I’ve never experienced the worst service, first of all the prize that I booked online I have to pay almost double for what I saw in the website. The mileage is supposed to be unlimited, they told me it’s limited to 100 kilometers per day and the worst of all of this was the parking card wasn’t working, so there was no way I could open the ramp to leave the car in the rental parking so I left the car on the bus taxi drive. I went three times back into the airport to pay for the parking and I couldn’t do it. After I left the car in the bus taxi driveway, I had to run for check-in they had paged me five times so I almost lost the plane because of that parking card that wasn’t working! So very bad experience with them, from the prize that I booked online that it didn’t match I paid double, to the parking cart that wasn’t working.I will never recommend to anyone to rent Hertz specially in North Macedonia very very disappointed..

Very convenient with my late pickup request - could have been better lighted area for reviewing car status - attendant of the counter was extremely helpful - good price for the dollar
