Pros:Provided a vehicle.

Cons:Reserved a Mazda because we are considering purchasing one. Great opportunity to "test drive" for a couple of days. Staff upgraded us to a larger full sized Ford. Had been helping a relative move to a rural area of South Carolina and was unable to park his truck and trailer at car rental counter. Knew we would have to drop off my spouse to pick up the rental so reserved with her credit card. I waited in cell phone parking area of airport and included my DL and insurance info along with her, but agent would not add me as additional driver. So, less experienced, nervous operator got stuck with all the driving in Charleston for 2 days. She was NOT a happy camper!

I arrived 90 minutes early for pickup. Clerk said the car wasn't ready and made me wait 60 minutes unnecessarily before giving me the keys. There were more than 30 cars sitting and available in their lot.
