When I arrived at the location, they tried to charge me an exorbitant amount, applying a $1000 insurance fee with no other option, and I never even got to take the car, since it wasn't the car I had selected on the app.

Here is the problem…… you rent it awd Ute next to Frazier island expecting to be able to use that awd ute on the island…….. nope can’t use any of their suvs on Frazier island. So no island only pavement. Waste of my money and time ……. No where said in any part of the previous contract online.
