Santa Rosa Airport is small, friendly and easy to navigate. Expensive.
It was good, we added a 2nd driver on and was able to extend my reservation with no issues.
I had two reservations with Budget - one immediately following the other because of a change of plans. In order for me to "modify" and consolidate the reservations into one, Budget said I would have to pay approximately $300 more. The modification would have saved not only me time and convenience, it would have done the same for Budget employees. This is for using the car for the same number of days (5). I left my phone number and e-mail with the Budget agent and asked that a supervisor review this. I never heard anything.
Attendant helped me modify reservation vehicle at crucial time
When I received the car, the dashboard showed the message that the maintenance service was overdue. The cruise control was not working.
