Usually I dread waiting in line to pick up keys, but the person who waited on me (I didn't catch his name) was so friendly, patient, and was working as fast as he could to get people out of line.

Service was excellent, car was great very comfy for the long hours spent in it. The maintenance needed light was on from the start of the vehicle and It smelled horribly like pot.

Price was high. They tried to upset and rip me off with extra fees and intimidation at the counter Re insurance and paying tolls in advance. Car interior was dirty w food from last user. No windshield wiper fluid.
