Cars are very dirty, dented, cracked head and tail lights. Tires are as bald as can be. One of the cars we were offered had zip ties holding the hub cap to the rim. We ended up canceling since all the cars available were in poor condition unsafe to drive. We felt if we took one of the offered cars it would brake down, cause an accident to ourselves or others. Poor unsafe condition. Cancelled on the spot never took possession of any car at the lot. Unsafe vehicles , Budget should be ashamed of the vehicles it offers as rentals at this location.
The representative was great, he showed patience, a willingness to help, and empathy during our wait.
Car wasn't at a 100% I called and complained. I was told they would call back to fix the problem and never did
