The brightness and contrast on both the instrument and information panel had been set to absolute minimum - It required some time in the manual ( not being able to see the screen) and squinting fumbling to get is usable. The seats with no lumbar support were not something I would buy.

Everything went very well with our rental process. The Chrysler van was perfect! We had a Rick hit the windshield so we immediately called to let National know. They were very concerned with our safety, not the crack in the windshield. Very professional!

The staff at Enterprise Rental Car went above and beyond for me! Ava helped us when we picked up the car and was so wonderful; the car itself, however gave me a few problems, so I went back the next day to see if I could exchange it. Noah checked the inventory, but as it was a very busy weekend in Bozeman, nothing would be available until Monday, which was fine. On Monday, we were greeted by Kaylee, who exchanged the full size SUV we had been give on Thursday for a great mid-size SUV, gave me a partial refund and a free tank of gas for my trouble. I would absolutely recommend Enterprise Rental Car to any travelers, and I appreciate the care and attention to details that they provide.

We outside of the car was very dirty. The parking garage it was it was so dark I couldn’t see if there was anything wrong with the back of the car. They were dents marks on the front of the car. When I asked the man of the third floor to assist me he told me I had to go back down to the bottom office. The young man there was very curt and not helpful. I would you never use Alamo again. I’m still waiting for my receipt via email

Almost an hour line to pick up car. All other rental car lines were short and efficient. Car was clean on outside, but lots of dents and scratches. Car was very dirty inside including wear you put your hands, the ceilings, the pillars. It was clear that No One cleaned the inside from the last rental. Cars Android Auto continually cut out, the USB seems to have a short. The price was too high for the service we received. The return was easy in Boise.
