Horrible experience with the car drop off after hours. Person in charge tried to scam us with extra charges!! BEWARE!

Alamo's insurance is very pricy and strangely structured. For example, if you get their comprehensive insurance, it doesn't also include liability - you have to purchase that extra. If their insurance was simpler and more affordable, I would have purchased it.
Told me I’d get a VW Jetta, got a Kia soul instead. Also found previous renters trash in center console.
